CAMPING EXPERIENCE
Students camp with others from their youth group. Other youth groups are also camping and attending Phoenix Fest, which is designed to provide a unique opportunity for community and spontaneous opportunities to meet others and play together with other students from across Ontario. Students will typically leave having made a few new friends.

IMMERSIVE
Our community of youth groups camp together, eat together and play together providing a unique immersive experience. Students can choose to engage with as many activities as they feel comfortable. There's lots of time and space for quiet discussion and long walks.

INTERACTIVE
Phoenix Fest is not a spectator weekend - there are many unique options for students to enjoy - whether its sports, art creators studio, board game cafe, arcade, dance parties, karaoke, campfires, our massive foam party slip and slide or movies under the stars - there's something for everyone to enjoy. We encourage groups to bring something to share with other groups; which adds to the interactive and communal nature of the weekend.

ENGAGED LEARNING
While our main session communicators are excellent, we place priority on doing deeper learning with our own youth groups. After each main session, students gather with their youth groups for small group discussions and prayer. It's here the teaching becomes personal and practical. Leaders engage directly with their students and can follow-up with them throughout the weekend and beyond!

OWNERSHIP
The organizers of Phoenix Fest have a unique ownership over the weekend, because we are creating this event not only for your youth group, but for ours as well. We are all youth leaders like you. We pray all year long for our students to know, love and serve Jesus, and we work diligently to create this weekend experience where they will be impacted by the grace and transformative power of Jesus.
