REGISTRATION INFOMATION

Thank you for considering Phoenix Fest for your group. We beyond excited to have you and your students involved. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this event, we are not accepting individual registrations. If you are an individual who would like to register, please contact your youth leader / youth pastor.

We are limiting this event to 250 students/leaders.

How to Register

Registration requires you to purchase wristbands for your group using debit or credit card. Click the link below to complete registration - powered by Bethany Community Church.

Contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns. The registration process is to be used for Group Registrations. We will not accept individual registrations. If you are an individual that would like to attend, contact your Youth Pastor.

KEEPING COSTS DOWN.

As youth workers ourselves, our desire is to facilitate a weekend where all students - regardless of financial means are able to attend and enjoy this event.

We work diligently to offer a high-quality event at a reasonable price. To keep costs down, event organizers and onsite staff are volunteers and have given a significant amount of hours to pulling this valuable weekend together.

We would encourage churches, as they are able, to offer subsidies for first-time students or students from families facing financial stress. We do have a limited number of subsidies available as well for students from families who are facing financial stress.
